1. Do you offer free trial for your apps?

Yes, We offer free trial for all our apps. You can try and test it before deciding to buy it. In the case it does not works as you want you can uninstall it without paying a cent.

2. Are your apps compatible with apps/themes of other providers? In most cases, our apps can work well with apps/themes of other providers. If there’s any conflict, we will try our best to help you fix it until it is solved 100%.

3. How can I find more information of your apps?

We provide a lot of documentation such as installation guide, user guide, video… and demo sites that can be easily found on the every Product Page. If you have any unsolved questions, we’re willing to help you clarify them via our live chat or support system.

4. I have one of your apps installed but it doesn’t match my design, can you help?

Yes. We want to ensure you are happy with our apps and our service. So if you need any help from us to do it match your design, we’d love to help. Just let us know and we will work will you to make it look great!

5. I purchased your apps, however I need to improve and add some features, Can I request them?
We are always looking for ways to improve our apps!  If you have any suggestions or feature requests, we’d love to hear from you.
6. I bought your extension, but now I have no use it, can I request a Refund?
We provide free trial so we understand in this duration you can use and test it before diciding to buy so we can not accept the Refund.
